Telemedicine Instructions
For patients of Dr. Sterett
Accessing the TeleVisit is based on what device you are going to use for the visit.
Via Cell phone:
You can access the Televisit through the Healow App on a cell phone, or via ipad. For this you'll need to download the app and use our practice code: DGBIAD.
Via Computer:
You can access the Televisit through vsortho.com and go to Patient Portal. This is the preferred method.
We will meet you at the Televisit at your scheduled time, just "Check-in." and we will know you are waiting"
